Who are the designers that will work on my logo?
Our designers are women and men who work and reside in the US. Thus, you will only collaborate with people who know and understand the business and cultural nuances of the country you do business in. We will never outsource your design projects out of the US.
What if I am not happy with any of the designs I get?
All our packages come with a 100% money-back guarantee! If you are not satisfied by any of the designs we create for you, then simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll either redesign a new logo and brand for you or issue you a complete refund.

How many revisions will I get?

What digital format will I receive my logo in?
Our designers will submit your finished logo and branding materials to you in .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .png, or in any other format you request.
How soon will my logo be finished?
We promise to work diligently to finish your project. There is normally a 30-60 day turnaround time for our packages. It all depends on how elaborate your project is and how quickly we collaborate to get what you want. We also promise to never rush you!
